We are a small family-owned group focused on managing and letting our own properties in Prague. We know what it means to have a good landlord.
Our Philosophy
We are a small family group focused on residential development and the management and letting of our own properties. We lease flats and commercial units, family houses in Prague and agricultural land in various parts of the Czech Republic to more than a hundred tenants.
The key to our business policy is building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our contractual partners. The priority of our business is therefore a satisfied tenant who finds a home, or a place for a successful business, within our property portfolio.
We take a long-term view of our properties — we own and manage them ourselves, with a horizon of decades rather than a quick sale. This long-term stability and personal approach are the foundation of trust between us and our tenants.
Our Brand
We provide our services under the MyFlat brand, which covers our business activities and is used uniformly by all companies of the group.
The English expression MyFlat and its Czech equivalents „můj byt“ (my flat) and „má plocha“ (my space) describe our activity and line of business – the letting of flats, commercial premises and agricultural land. The pronoun „my“ in the group’s name expresses our clients’ point of view and the preferred long-term, personal relationship with the properties they use.
The graphic motif of the logo is an angular spiral. In keeping with the brand name and our service, the logotype evokes the shape of a snail shell, symbolising home and the way leading home.
Group Structure
The MyFlat Group consists of eleven companies registered with the Municipal Court in Prague.

We publish demerger plans in accordance with Section 33 et seq. of Act No. 125/2008 Coll., on transformations of companies and cooperatives.
