Entrance and interior doors

Security and fire-rated entrance doors, 210 cm high, architrave frames, oak veneer finish, made by Dana (Austria), black fittings with security cover. Interior doors 210 cm, rebate-free, white lacquered, made by Hanák; black Cobra Omega-S handles.

Windows and blinds

Triple glazing with enhanced acoustic insulation, anthracite colour, made by Trocal. Electric external Z-shaped blinds in anthracite – operable from anywhere in the flat.

Floors

Main rooms: water-resistant Kaindl floating floor with wood décor. Hallway and bathroom: Rako Extra 60×60 cm floor and wall tiles, complemented by wood-décor tiling in the bathroom.

Kitchen

IKEA METOD VOXTORP kitchen – matte white handleless fronts combined with wood décor. Electric fan oven, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch built-in fridge with NoFrost, Electrolux induction hob. Black granite sink with a black Elleci or Blanco tap.

Bathroom
