About the project

Key information

Zátiší Dalimilova is an apartment building in preparation in Prague’s Žižkov district. In mid-2015 we bought the Husitská 103/64 apartment building together with a vacant plot on Dalimilova street, where this new project is taking shape.

We have already obtained the building permit for the apartment building. The project is supported under the Affordable Rental Housing programme from European Union funds (National Recovery Plan).

The building will have a total of 35 units (25× 2+kk and 10× 1+kk) and a commercial unit of approximately 81 m² at street level. Parking is provided by 12 spaces in the base of the building, accessed by a car lift. The completion date will be specified as the project progresses.
