About the project

Key information

Residence Delta (also known as Delta Flats) is an apartment building with a shop in preparation in Prague’s Košíře district, located between Holečkova and Plzeňská streets.

We have already obtained the building permit for the apartment building. The project is supported under the Affordable Rental Housing programme from European Union funds (National Recovery Plan).

The building is planned as an apartment building with 50 flats and a shop on the ground floor. Parking is provided by 44 spaces in underground garages. All units will be offered for long-term rent. The completion date will be specified as the project progresses.
