About us
We are a small family-owned group dedicated to residential development and to the management and long-term rental of exclusively our own properties, primarily in Prague. Our portfolio also includes agricultural land in various parts of the Czech Republic.
MyFlat (also known as MyFlat Group) currently lets its properties to more than 130 tenants. At the same time, we are preparing the construction of more than 80 rental units in Prague – mostly flats – intended for long-term rental.

A completed apartment building with commercial premises adjoining the Košířská brána office building between Plzeňská and Starokošířská streets. The building received its final occupancy approval in July 2025. All 29 units with their facilities and all 13 parking spaces are let on long-term leases to tenants.

An apartment building with a retail unit will be situated between Holečkova and Plzeňská streets. We have already obtained a building permit for the project, which is planned as an apartment building with 50 flats, a ground-floor shop and underground garages. The project is supported by EU funds under the Affordable Rental Housing programme.

In mid-2015 we purchased the Husitská 103/64 apartment building together with a vacant plot on Dalimilova Street, where we are preparing this new apartment building project. We have already obtained a building permit for its construction. The project is supported by EU funds under the Affordable Rental Housing programme.
