The Krymská 23 apartment building is located in Vršovice, Prague. All 12 flats have a 2+kk layout; the ground floor also houses a commercial unit and two garages. The building is part of the MyFlat Group’s long-term portfolio and all units are intended for long-term rental.
Vršovice offers a balanced mix of a residential neighbourhood that is also home to many small cafés, bars and other local businesses. It is also very well connected thanks to its tram lines. The Havlíčkovy sady park, Grébovka and Heroldovy sady are all close by.
